I am still in the process of figuring out exactly what I want to do when I grow up, but thankfully the MMB program was helpful in steering me in the right direction. Each practicum project, new course, and class presenter has helped me to understand what I do and don't want out of a future career. I know I am interested in science, specifically when it is tied to human health, and working with other people. For this reason, I know I want a job in a teamwork-centered environment that is focused on improving scientific advancements or human health. While this still leaves a lot of questions about specific tasks/positions unanswered, I know the general field I am interested in.

I am excited to announce that I have accepted a Life Science Solutions position doing business development for a Pharmaceutical company located in Durham, NC! I can't wait to see where this position takes me and put my business-science hybrid education into action.
